As part of the organization of our upcoming trip to China, we are coordinating with our Chinese colleagues to identify the topics of greatest interest, which will be the subject of our presentations this autumn at Law firms, Chambers of Commerce and Universities.
At present, the topics attracting the greatest interest are: mergers & acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, trademark protection, sustainability, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, debt recovery, golden power regulations and GDPR.
We look forward to discussing these topics in greater depth and exchanging views in person on the new trends in the topic that will ultimately be selected!
