Today we achieved a significant victory in a complex opposition proceeding brought by an Italian company against which one of our foreign Clients holds a credit exceeding EUR 4 million.
The opposition was filed by the debtor company challenging its own declaration of bankruptcy.
The Court of Appeal upheld our request for dismissal of the opposition and ordered the opposing party to reimburse the legal costs incurred by our Client.
We are particularly pleased with this result, which forms part of a broader strategy and series of actions aimed at recovering the substantial debt owed to a foreign company by an Italian debtor.
