Chinese consumers have shown strong interest in products that combine multiple brands, particularly where premium international — and, of course, Italian — brands are involved. This trend creates significant opportunities for Italian brands seeking visibility in the Chinese market, including those that are not yet directly present in the country.
Our team is currently assisting with the review of licensing and sub-licensing agreements involving premium Italian brands in favour of our client, who identifies and groups together the brands, as well as the related sub-licensing arrangements with a Chinese listed company responsible for producing and selling the co-branded apparel, through a retail network of more than 400 stores across China.
